This text describes how the platform works. It is not a substitute for terms drafted by a lawyer, which are required before going live with payments and payouts.
What BonPIK does
BonPIK connects sports tipsters with people who want to follow their picks. The platform takes no bets, collects no stakes and guarantees no outcome. It publishes statistics computed from the bets tipsters declare and prove with a screenshot.
What it does not do
A past record does not predict future results. No pick, however highly ranked, is financial advice or a promise of profit. You alone decide your stakes and bear the consequences.
Your obligations
You must be of legal betting age in your country of residence. A tipster undertakes to publish only bets they actually placed, with the matching ticket screenshot. A bet reported by the community may be reviewed, and an account with falsified proof may be suspended.
Subscriptions
Each tipster sets their own monthly price. A subscription gives access to their analyses and tickets for as long as it is active. BonPIK takes a commission on every subscription and pays the balance to the tipster.
Responsible gambling
Betting carries a risk of financial loss and of addiction. Never stake an amount you could not afford to lose. If betting stops being enjoyable, seek help.
